Finca in Monda

This wonderful countryside residence is located in the hills above Monda village, with stunning panoramic views of the mountains looking towards the Sierra Nevada and Malaga Bay.

The house consists of two properties, the main house which is very spacious with large windows flooding light into the lounge there is also an open plan kitchen, a dining room and three bedrooms (one which is currently used a an office). The main lodge opens on to a large covered terrace with amazing views. The house has a fireplace and air conditioning hot and cold. There is also a separate one bedroom guest house with a kitchenette and an area for a second bed.

Both houses are constructed to a very high standard and were made from the South African "Iron Tree" which is an extremely hard wood resistant to insects and mould.

The houses sit within a large plot surrounded by very pretty gardens, with various fruit trees, a private heated pool with an outside barbecue and dining area located under a large pergola. A third wooden casita houses a sauna and lounge area. There are lovely terraces dotted around the gardens which are wonderful places to relax within this very private and peaceful country house. This would make an excellent family home for holidays or all year round or an excellent property for holiday rentals.

Monda is located just 20 minutes from Marbella and is a really nice vcountry village with pretty plazas, cobbled streets and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.
