Emile Issa

As a French-Lebanese, Emile grew up between Lebanon and Marbella, Spain, which he visited every summer with his family since 1987.

He set-up his Communications and Public Relations office to provide professional advice to international private and public clients on how to best optimize their image, and developed many successful projects in that field, which received prestigious accolades, for over a decade.

As a driven Entrepreneur, Emile balanced professional research and intuition, to follow his dream to move to Marbella, as he noted the signals coming from the real estate market were ticking all the right boxes.

Marbella’s unique lifestyle, along with the diversity of cultures and the unique business growth opportunities turned out to be an exceptional place to start a new chapter, not to forget of course the outstanding weather.

Emile knew Real Estate was an area in which he could put to good use his business development and negotiation skills, multiple languages, in addition to his trusted international network built throughout the years, to professionally search, advise and guide his clients along the buying process.

Having been raised in a family of real estate developers and architects among the pioneers of the Costa del Sol, Emile is now dedicated to help his clients also find their happy place, as well as their next successful investment.

Emile adopts an active listening approach to understand what the client is looking for, and to match such criteria with special opportunities in a forever changing world.

In his free time, Emile enjoys live music

performances with friends in the many venues the Costa del Sol has to offer. He can be seen sometimes writing on the beaches of the Paseo Marítimo, and welcoming travelers to the most charming café-terraces Marbella has to offer. Emile also loves dedicating time to his family, as well as the art of photography, which is one of his life-long passions.
