PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Founding partner of GVA Gómez-Villares & Atencia, lawyer and managing partner of the Torre del Mar office since 2002. On a daily basis, he works with financial institutions, being the lawyer responsible for two leading companies in the sector. He is an expert in Spanish and foreign inheritance matters, having been a speaker at several conferences. In addition, he specializes in Real Estate and Registry Law.
Thanks to this, he advises both clients and foreigners in matters of Succession Law, Real Estate, Civil Matters (acts of voluntary jurisdiction), etcetera. However, much of his time has been dedicated to advising and managing the Malaga and Torre del Mar office themselves for the last 20 years. He has directed various conferences and lectures, such as the ‘Conference on succession and wills for foreigners’ or ‘Housing on undeveloped land. New factors for its regularization’, among others.
