Kevin Andreasson

Kevin Speaks: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and English.

Kevin was born in Halmstad, Sweden.
He has both visited and lived in the Marbella area since he was a child and his family has vacationed and partly lived here since the 1960´s, making him very familiar with the area. His great fondness for Marbella eventually led him to leave Sweden and move here with his children and wife.

Kevin is a self-motivated entrepreneur who is not afraid to work hard to achieve his goals. Despite his age Kevin has managed to run eight successful businesses in the leisure and hospitality industry in both Sweden and Norway. His many years as an entrepreneur and manager have shaped him into the person he is today. Working with customers and employees has developed his skills in both communication and active listening. He understands the great value of open and honest communication and attaches great importance to listening to what the clients wish for. For Kevin, the client needs are always his top priority and combined with his attention to detail, this makes him a property advisor you can trust.

When Kevin is not working, he loves to spend his time outside adventuring with his family, from exploring new cities to biking along the beach. Kevin loves to enjoy the good things in life and Marbella’s beautiful weather, fantastic restaurants, and outdoor paddle all year round really enables a delightful free time.
