Ray Sweeney

Ray was born in Ireland but grew up in London and always had the dream of relocating to Spain and embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle, and the Spanish language.

Ray has over 25+ years of International real estate experience and has been guiding his clients with their major financial decisions. He has a master’s degree and an extensive background in International Luxury Real Estate and has advised hundreds of families and investors successfully with major investments, also assisting them with financial planning.

Ray is also known as a keen Motivational & Leadership coach as well as a 30-year Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach, with a broad spectrum of experiences and skills that see him achieve and exceed not only targets, but expectations of all those he works and deals with, whilst energizing others to become equally enthusiastic.

When Ray isn´t focused on sourcing the right property or product for his clients, studying to further his knowledge, he can be found splashing his way through the local Swimming pool or trekking a nearby peak, some other passions include Self Development, reading, Golf, Cycling, Travel, Public Speaking and all sports, that preferably end with an ice cream!

Ray’s focus is to build long term personal and business relationships with clients and colleagues based on his core values of honesty, integrity, and industry knowledge, with the key still being – listening.
