A pure Barcelonian, Susana enjoyed her beloved hometown until she was 18: After passing her university entrance exam and not being sure what to study, the opportunity came to travel along two years to learn and practise languages. London, Amsterdam, Kleinlobming in Austria and Athens were her schools until she literally landed on Mallorca to become a flight attendant when she was 20 years old and was appointed purser at 22.
In a voluntary turn, Susana initiated her path in Real Estate in 1998 as a successful real estate sales consultant and got an insight in diverse departments through the years for a 360º knowledge in back office, client’s attention and daily business. In 2006 she became a trainer/on-site coach for new sales consultants and managers. 15 years and +1.800 trained agents later, she declares the real estate sector is more about people as it is about properties.
One of her goals in Sales Support at Strand Properties is optimising the consultants’ productivity and providing a space they all want to enjoy and share experiences.
Proofreading, copywriting, translating and styling texts is her hobby, gastronomy is her vice, and the activism and divulgation of Animal Rights is her call.
Susana speaks Catalan, Majorcan, Spanish, English and German, and is becoming fluent in Italian.
