Marbella Club Golf Resort is a fully gated complex with 24/7 security and concierge service, par 72 golf course, practice range, equestrian center and Club House Restaurant. As a residential complex, Marbella Club has a minimum plot size of 4.000 m2 with a 10,6% building allowance, plus terraces and basement. The basements can be up to 25% the surface of the plot's size. Since the plots are sloppy in most cases, the basements can get excellent views which adds a great value to the properties.
