Villas del Golf is a well established urbanisation consisting of low level townhouses set around a large community swimming pool. The community is securely gated.

A pleasant walk leads to the beautiful marina of La Duquesa, the charming seaside village of Castillo, unspoiled sandy beaches and the Mediterranean Sea.

La Duquesa is a picturesque harbour with a selection of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. There are a host of sea and land based activities as well as a wide selection of Championship Golf Courses. By night, La Duquesa offers a lively vibe, suitable for all age groups.

In contrast, Castillo offers a relaxed village atmosphere and is renowned for it’s selection of fine fish restaurants.

A further 10 minute walk along the promenade leads to the fishing village of Sabinillas. This bustling village has a wide selection of supermarkets, banks, shops, tapas bars and restaurants.

There are excellent link roads to Estepona and Marbella, with Malaga International Airport less than an hour away. Gibraltar airport can be reached in under 25hmins.

The Andalucian white villages of Casares, Gaucin and Jimena are a short drive away. The historical and cultural cities of Cadiz, Seville, Granada and Jerez are all within driving distance and definitely worth visiting.

There is an entrance lobby leading to a large, bright living room with a fireplace. This generous space allows for both a comfortable seating/entertaining area around the fireplace and a large dining table conveniently placed near the kitchen.

The kitchen itself is fully fitted and equipped with a breakfast bar overlooking the living room.

There is also a guest toilet off the entrance lobby.

Stairs lead up to the sleeping accommodation. There are 3 generous double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and it’s own private terrace overlooking the private garden and beyond to Duquesa Golf. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are served by a family bathroom.

All the rooms throughout the property are large and bright creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Outside Layout

There is private parking to the front of the townhouse.

Steps to the front of this townhouse lead to a small but useful South West facing terrace with space for a table and chairs creating a perfect spot to enjoy the evening winter sun.

The large private garden to the rear of the property is part terraced and part grass and overlooks the fairways of Duquesa Golf.. This is a peaceful area to entertain guests or to quietly enjoy our beautiful sunny weather.
