Worth knowing going in: this is new construction. It isn't a finished, furnished home you can walk into next month. Renders and floor plans are indicative and subject to change during the build, which is standard for anything off-plan, but worth factoring in if you're working to a specific move-in date.

Golf, the beach, and the future Four Seasons are all within a few minutes of the front door.
