IT IS A MEDITERRANEAN CASTLE. With its large central patio, we give way to light and a torrent of fresh air that fills us with joy and well-being, when we are having a summer nap or at a dinner with friends toasting the new living space wrapped in natural light.

In its design we combine thick solid brick walls with large wooden, aluminum and glass windows. Small terraces have also been placed in front and on the side, as if they were surveillance posts to control security.

Its exuberant terraced pergola beams have been staggered on two levels, to hint at the fortress of a castle dominating a valley of light and green sea.

Villa Brisa, as we call it, is synonymous with power, spaciousness and comfort.

VILLA DESIGNED ON FOUR LEVELS. We take the street level as a reference for its description, which we will always call “LEVEL 0”, the plants that are above this level will have a sign (+) and those that are below will have a sign (-):

- LEVEL 0 Access, distributed in: access to housing, vehicle access, parking area, toilet, elevator, staircase and terrace with pergolas.

- LEVEL -1 Main, is distributed in: living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace with pergolas, cellar, laundry room, gym.

- LEVEL -2 Bedrooms, distributed in: Bedroom 1 with dressing room and en-suite bathroom; Bedroom 2 with dressing room and terrace; Bedroom 3 with dressing room and terrace; Common bathroom and outdoor terrace.

- LEVEL -3 Swimming pool, distributed in: toilet, facilities room, covered terrace, multipurpose room, uncovered terrace and swimming pool.

- GARDEN, a garden with trees and decorative plants has been designed in the area of ​​the plot that has not been built.

THE SYSTEM IS A LA CARTE. Being faithful to it, everything we offer is a starting point for clients: The design of the villa will be adjusted to the client's taste; The location of the villa and its construction will be carried out in the place and plot chosen by the client and the quality elements will be chosen by the client, for which we offer three levels of quality that, in ascending order, we call: Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

The objective is to give the client a wide range of options in design and quality, so that they can easily create their living space with the finishing elements that they really like and that make them feel emotionally good.

This villa has been designed on a plot located in the third phase of the “Sierra Gorda” urbanization in Coín, Málaga. It is a reference and prototype for the client to choose an available plot in this urbanization or in another place that is of interest.
