The layout is very convenient as in the ground floor we will find a carport for several cars alongside with a storage room, two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and one of them with a dressing room, a living-room area with exit to the garden, a room with pre-installation for the home cinema (or gym to choose), a machine room and a toilet. On the first floor we will find an entrance hall, a staircase, a toilet, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom (or a study, to choose), a kitchen-living room in open space with a fireplace panoramic interior in the living room, an exit to the terrace with a water slide and a flown pool with glass front.

On the second floor: A master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a dressing room and an access to the main terrace with a panoramic outdoor fireplace, bedroom 02 is double height, with en suite bathroom and a private terrace, a lobby, and a staircase. Solarium floor: An upper terrace with a Chill Out area equipped with furniture of rest.
