Sirena Kiviranta

Sirena is a legalized real estate agent (LKV) and she has studied political science in the university of Turku Finland. Sirena is a co-founder of a successful Finnish real estate concept Bo. She participated in growing the business from scratch to a company of 200 employees and €23M turnover in four years. The majority of the company was sold in 2019. In mutual understanding with the new owner of Bo, the Kiviranta couple were given a chance to start a real estate agency in Spain under their own brand and Strand Properties was established.

Sirena has a strong passion for changing the traditional real estate field and she is excited to continue to change it now in Spain. Sirena is passionate about branding, creating new services, marketing and design. She has been working closely with big developers in Finland offering the service concept for developers, where the visual layout, modelling images, and marketing materials are created for the new building.

What Sirena wants the most is to have the Strand team to shine and really enjoy what they do. She will do everything for the team and for the clients to exceed all their expectations.

Sirena has lived in Marbella for three years all together and she knows the business in here. Sirena and her family of five live in Marbella and she can’t think of a better way to start a day than having a nice early morning walk by the Golden Mile beach or spending an evening at a golf course with her family, friends and Strand Family Club members.
