Susana Guzmán

Born in Malaga and raised in Marbella, where her family settled more than 50 years ago, she has a deep knowledge of the city and the Costa del Sol.

Graduated in Graphic Design and Advertising, she developed her professional career for more than twenty years, working both for agencies and for her own clients. At the same time, she worked for a few years in fashion. Later, she created an online store of wedding invitations made in watercolor, combining two of her great passions: graphic design and watercolor.

Always attracted by the real estate world and thanks to her environment, she had the opportunity to train in sales, focused on this sector, and did not hesitate to enter this world.
Since then, she has been developing her career as a real estate consultant, together with her colleagues Paloma and Marló, in The Apple Of My House team.

Her service is characterized by formality, commitment and adaptability to the needs of each client. Providing both kindness and empathy in each intervention.
