Katariina Salmelin

Katariina is from Finland, she was born in Helsinki. Shortly after graduating from the University of applied sciences in Finland, she decided to move to Costa del Sol, and started to work in real estate business in year 2004.

Katariina has a great vocation to help others and has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, both on buying and selling, due to the large number of years she has worked and resided in the coast.

She is a hard worker, and her honesty, loyalty and great sense of responsibility makes her a person of confidence on the part of our clients. Her aim is to see a happily smiling client, after discovering their perfect property, no matter if it is an investment, permanent or a holiday home. That is what she most likes in her work. Make people happy, and be able to help them in the process from the beginning till the end.

She is a lover of design and decoration, both interior and exterior, which is of great help for the clients, in case they would need ideas in the designs of their properties.

In her free time Katariina loves to spend time with her family and friends, playing padel or tenis, going hiking, skiing or fishing and of course enjoying the good weather and the delicious gastronomy of the Costa del Sol.

Katariina es de Finlandia, nació en Helsinki. Poco después de graduarse en la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas en Finlandia, decidió mudarse a la Costa del Sol y comenzó a trabajar en el sector inmobiliario en el año 2004.

Katariina tiene una gran vocación por ayudar a los demás y un amplio conocimiento del mercado inmobiliario local, tanto en la compra como en la venta, gracias a los muchos años que ha trabajado y residido en la costa.

Es una trabajadora incansable, y su honestidad, lealtad y gran sentido de la responsabilidad la convierten en una persona de confianza para nuestros clientes. Su objetivo es ver a un cliente feliz y sonriente después de haber encontrado la propiedad perfecta, ya sea una inversión, una vivienda permanente o una casa de vacaciones. Eso es lo que más disfruta de su trabajo: hacer felices a las personas y poder ayudarlas durante todo el proceso, desde el principio hasta el final.

Es una apasionada del diseño y la decoración, tanto de interiores como de exteriores, lo que resulta de gran ayuda para sus clientes en caso de que necesiten ideas para el diseño de sus propiedades.

En su tiempo libre, a Katariina le encanta pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos, jugar al pádel o al tenis, hacer senderismo, esquiar o pescar, y, por supuesto, disfrutar del buen clima y la deliciosa gastronomía de la Costa del Sol.
