Aalto Riviera was from the beginning one of the most unique that we were entrusted.

An ambitious project of marvelous townhouses with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. An exciting challenge that we took on with great enthusiasm.

The difficulty of the commission was to achieve open and welcoming spaces inside the houses, spaces free of unevenness in each of its floors in conjunction with a topography that presents a lot of unevenness and difficulty, concepts that a priori may seem distant but that in this project shake hands in perfect harmony.

The fundamentals when designing were determined by the needs and desires of the target home-owner: long term residents looking for their own personal and unique space with the added value offered by views, space, comfort, design and convenience.

All the homes have been designed with care, taking care of every detail, implementing the criteria of an enjoyable and livable architecture.

The materials have been carefully selected; high standing, warm materials that speak for themselves and create friendly, balanced and welcoming spaces for those who inhabit them.
