As an owner of an apartment at this golf resort, you can have personal use of your property for 8 weeks every year. Moreover, you will have access to all the facilities of this four-star hotel.

You can schedule these weeks of private use yourself, subject to respecting the conditions (low, mid and high season).

During the periods when you are not using your flat yourself, your flat will be included in the rental system of Ona Condohotel (part of ONA Corporation, a management group in the tourism sector).

Ona Condohotel is the operator and manages your property. You have nothing to worry or think about. If anything is broken, it will be repaired by the hotel.
In return, you are granted a rental guarantee and a guaranteed economic return.

This modern, fully equipped and in excellent condition apartment, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and also a fully equipped kitchen. The bright and spacious living room has direct access to the large terrace. From there you have a panoramic view over the golf course and side sea view.

The property also includes a parking space in the underground garage and a storage room.
