The majestic house originally dates from 1880 and underwent a comprehensive reconstruction 10 years ago, maintaining only the façade and some load-bearing walls. The rest of the interior was rebuilt from scratch with the best materials and without skimping on details, always thinking about the comfort of its tenants, with high levels of design, construction and comfort.

The owners took a house in ruins and turned it into a dream home. High ceilings, long windows and bright patios. High-quality, modern materials are complemented by charming vintage details such as original mouldings and doors.
