Access

A lift serves the fourth floor. To reach the rooftop terrace, simply go up one flight of stairs.

On entering, a hallway welcomes you. On the left, a door opens onto the fitted kitchen, semi-open to the dining room, which flows naturally into the living room. The latter features a wood-burning fireplace and opens onto a 20 m² south-east-facing terrace. The terrace is fitted with sliding windows that can be fully opened or closed, depending on the season.

Calahonda is a coastal development in Mijas. It is the westernmost one, bordering the municipality of Marbella and lying east of Riviera del Sol. Its main attraction is its long beaches, with dunes and pine forests stretching as far as the eye can see.

This area has excellent transport links thanks to its proximity to the AP-7 motorway and the A-7 highway, providing ‌access ‌to ‌Málaga ‌Airport in ‌approximately ‌25 ‌minutes and ‌to ‌Marbella’s ‌famous ‌Puerto ‌Banús marina in ‌approximately ‌15 minutes.
