On the first floor we will find an entrance hall, a staircase, a toilet, 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom (or a study, to choose), a kitchen-living room in open space with a fireplace panoramic interior in the living room, an exit to the terrace with a water slide and a flown pool with glass front.

On the second floor: A master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a dressing room and an access to the main terrace with a panoramic outdoor fireplace, bedroom 02 is double height, with en suite bathroom and a private terrace, a lobby, and a staircase.
