Mirela Fuentes

Born in Croatia, Mirela spent most of her childhood years and early education in Germany. At age 14 she relocated with her family to the land down under, Australia where she graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Business Marketing from the University of Western Sydney.

Following her studies, Mirela’s career started in Marketing for the Automotive Company Subaru. At Subaru she enjoyed working on different campaigns including product launch, sponsorships and press releases. Always self motivated and determined, she decided that after 4 years in the automotive industry it was time take on a new challenge. The new challenge was a marketing role for International Shopping Centre Company Westfield. With a passion for retailer relations Mirela excelled at Westfield and was selected from a talent pool to work on the new retailer mix for their new 310 million dollar development.

Climbing the corporate ladder and building her career was one of Mirela’s most important priorities. However her dream was always to go back to her European roots. When a business opportunity presented itself in Malaga for her partner, they decided to pack their bags (..and furniture) and make the move.

Having moved to Malaga in 2016, Mirela’s passion for client relations and love for real estate and design, motivated her to start a career in Real Estate. Having undergone a vigorous training course in Real Estate and with 4 years of experience in representing vendors and buyers, Mirela prides herself on transparence, honesty and trust. Building a relationship with her clients based on these three aspects is what allows her to always have her clients best interest in mind.

Nacida en Croacia, Mirela pasó la mayor parte de su infancia y educación temprana en Alemania. A los 14 años se mudó con su familia a Australia, donde se graduó con una licenciatura en marketing empresarial de la Universidad de Western Sydney.

Al acabar sus estudios, la carrera de Mirela comenzó en Marketing para la compañía de automoción Subaru, donde disfrutó trabajando en diferentes campañas, incluido el lanzamiento de productos, patrocinios y comunicados de prensa. Siempre motivada y decidida, tras cuatro años en la industria de la automoción asumió un nuevo reto, esta vez en la empresa de centros comerciales internacionales Westfield. Apasionada por las relaciones con los minoristas, Mirela destacó en Westfield y fue seleccionada para trabajar en un nuevo proyecto para minoristas de 310 millones de dólares.

Construir y progresar en su carrera fue una de las prioridades más importantes de Mirela. Sin embargo, su sueño siempre fue volver a sus raíces europeas. Cuando se presentó la oportunidad de negocio en Málaga para su pareja, decidieron hacer las maletas y la mudanza.

Tras instalarse en Málaga en 2016, la pasión de Mirela por la relación con el cliente y el amor por el sector inmobiliario y el diseño, la motivaron a emprender una carrera en el sector inmobiliario. Después de superar una intensa formación inmobiliaria y con cuatro años de experiencia en la representación de proveedores y compradores, Mirela se enorgullece de su transparencia, honestidad y confianza. Construir una relación con sus clientes basada en estos tres aspectos es lo que le permite tener siempre en mente el mejor interés de sus clientes.
