Arturo Perea Bigwood

Arturo grew up between Germany and the south of Spain, spending twelve years in Germany before settling on the Costa del Sol. He speaks German, English and Spanish natively, along with conversational Portuguese, which comes in handy in a place as international as Marbella. He came to Strand after several years working across real estate in the Marbella–Estepona area, handling everything from sales and property management to renovations and looking after private clients. Now he’s the one keeping the office ticking. From supporting the agents, staying on top of the day-to-day, and making sure clients are well looked after from the start. He likes work that keeps things organised and people happy, and he’s usually the person others turn to when something needs sorting.

Outside of work, Arturo enjoys swimming and paddle surfing along the coast, and likes getting out to explore the Spanish countryside whenever he can. When he’s not outdoors, he’s usually found with an instrument in hand, playing violin, piano or ukulele, or picking up new languages.

Arturo creció entre Alemania y el sur de España, pasando doce años en Alemania antes de establecerse en la Costa del Sol. Habla alemán, inglés y español de forma nativa, además de portugués a nivel conversacional, algo que viene muy bien en un lugar tan internacional como Marbella. Llegó a Strand tras varios años trabajando en el sector inmobiliario en la zona de Marbella y Estepona, ocupándose de todo, desde ventas y gestión de propiedades hasta reformas y la atención a clientes particulares. Ahora es quien mantiene la oficina en marcha: apoyando a los agentes, llevando el día a día y asegurándose de que los clientes estén bien atendidos desde el primer momento. Le gusta el trabajo que mantiene todo organizado y a la gente contenta, y suele ser la persona a la que los demás acuden cuando hay que resolver algo.

Fuera del trabajo, Arturo disfruta nadando y haciendo paddle surf en la costa, y le gusta salir a hacer senderismo siempre que puede. Cuando no está al aire libre, se le suele encontrar con un instrumento, tocando el violín, el piano o el ukele, o aprendiendo un poco de algún idioma nuevo.
