Charlotte Grundberg

Charlotte was born in Stockholm, Sweden where she completed her studies and worked in hardware & software sales until the beginning of 2003 when she took the decision to change her life. She went to Malaga, Spain to experience new adventures and to learn Spanish.

After a week under the Spanish blue sky, meeting friendly people, eating delicious food, and enjoying the outdoor life offered among the neighbouring mountains and sea, Charlotte decided that Spain was her new home.

Once completing her Spanish studies, Charlotte moved to Marbella to find work and further integrate into Spanish society. Her first job as a golf equipment sales representative afforded her opportunities to visit Andalusia’s many golf clubs while developing an excellent knowledge of the area and improving her Spanish.

After 15 years in the golf industry, Charlotte’s joy for getting to know new people and sharing her knowledge of the area and Spanish culture, lead her to become a Real Estate broker. She is passionate in guiding her clients’ toward realising their dreams of having property in Spain.

Charlotte is optimistic, reliable, and always striving to improve both professionally and personally. She always ensures that her clients are 100% satisfied before and after the property purchase.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and she likes sports such as basketball, golf, and skiing. On the weekend Charlotte takes long beach walks with her dog and enjoys her favourite restaurant, the typically Spanish chiringuito restaurant along the sea.

Charlotte nació en Estocolmo, Suecia, donde completó sus estudios y trabajó en ventas de hardware y software hasta principios de 2003, cuando decidió cambiar su vida. Se trasladó a Málaga, España, en busca de nuevas aventuras y con el objetivo de aprender español.

Después de solo una semana bajo el cielo azul de España, conociendo gente amable, degustando deliciosa comida y disfrutando de la vida al aire libre entre montañas y mar, Charlotte decidió que España sería su nuevo hogar.

Tras completar sus estudios de español, se mudó a Marbella para encontrar trabajo e integrarse aún más en la sociedad española. Su primer empleo como representante de ventas de equipamiento de golf le permitió visitar numerosos clubes de golf en Andalucía, desarrollar un profundo conocimiento de la zona y mejorar su dominio del español.

Después de 15 años en la industria del golf, su pasión por conocer gente nueva y compartir su conocimiento del área y la cultura española la llevaron a convertirse en agente inmobiliaria. Disfruta ayudando a sus clientes a hacer realidad su sueño de tener una propiedad en España.

Charlotte es optimista, fiable y siempre busca mejorar tanto a nivel profesional como personal. Se asegura de que sus clientes estén 100 % satisfechos antes y después de la compra de su propiedad.

En su tiempo libre, le encanta pasar tiempo con su familia y practicar deportes como baloncesto, golf y esquí. Los fines de semana disfruta de largos paseos por la playa con su perro y de visitar su restaurante favorito, un típico chiringuito a orillas del mar.
