This is Vitae Villas' first signature project in Marbella, carrying forward the language first spoken in Monte Mayor and Benahavís: architecture that reads the land before it answers it.
If C8 was about embrace, soft curves, enveloping form, C9 is about edge. Clean horizontal lines. Deep overhangs that cut shadow into geometry. Floor-to-ceiling glass that turns every room into a lookout point, suspended above the valley floor.
Across its 2,026 m² plot, the villa unfolds vertically, each level a new vantage point, climbing from mountain to sea. Internal patios pull light and air into spaces that could easily have stayed closed. And the pool, long, narrow, unapologetic, seems to float over nothing at all.
Five suites. A green roof. Natural ventilation throughout. Nothing here performs for an audience. It's built to be lived in, quietly, every day.
The setting: Real de la Quinta, 200 hectares on the Marbella–Benahavís line, with the Sierra de las Nieves as a permanent horizon. At its heart, El Lago Club: a 35,000 m² lake, Le Max spa, six-hole golf, tennis, padel, lakeside dining. Nearby, the Angsana by Banyan Tree Group marks the brand's Spanish debut, 90 rooms, three restaurants, full spa. Spain's only BREEAM-certified residential resort.
