Guglielmo Nacci

Guglielmo is an Italian professional born in Rome, with a strong international background. He has lived in four countries, including El Salvador, where at the age of 20 he began his career as an entrepreneur in coffee production and marketing. Upon returning to Italy, he entered the hospitality industry, founding and successfully managing four venues in Rome, including nightclubs, pubs, and restaurants. At 38, he took on the management of a 4-star hotel in Palermo, where he met his wife. With the birth of their daughter, they decided to start a new chapter in Mallorca.

Already established on the island, he channeled his entrepreneurial experience, customer management skills, and enthusiasm into the real estate sector, achieving great success. He speaks fluent Italian, English, and Spanish—almost as a second native language.

Passionate about art, family, travel, and sports, Guglielmo has nurtured a love for painting since his teenage years.

Guglielmo es un profesional italiano, nacido en Roma, con una sólida trayectoria internacional. Ha vivido en cuatro países, entre ellos El Salvador, donde a los 20 años inició su carrera como empresario en el sector del café. De regreso a Italia, se adentró en el mundo de la hostelería, fundando y gestionando con éxito cuatro locales en Roma, entre discotecas, pubs y restaurantes. A los 38 años, asumió la gestión de un hotel de 4 estrellas en Palermo, etapa en la que conoció a su futura esposa. Con el nacimiento de la hija de ambos, decidió comenzar una nueva etapa en Mallorca.

Ya afincado en la isla, aquí ha volcado su experiencia empresarial, su empatía y su entusiasmo en el sector inmobiliario, donde ha cosechado grandes logros. Habla con fluidez italiano, inglés y español, este último casi como lengua materna.

Apasionado del arte, la familia, los viajes y el deporte, Guglielmo cultiva la pintura desde su adolescencia.
