Michelle Bendel

Originally from the UK, Michelle spent some of her childhood in Spain, going back to the UK for schooling and university, from which she graduated with a BA in Modern Languages (French & Spanish).

Returning to Spain, Michelle has lived and worked in Marbella for the past 25 years where she has been involved in Real Estate in the Costa del Sol for most of her working life. She has also run her own successful internship business and was awarded ‘Young Entrepreneur of the year’ by the Costa del Sol Business Association, and won a place on an accelerator programme through the Newspaper “Ideal” Despite recognition and success she decided to return to her first passion – Real Estate.

Dynamic, resourceful and hardworking, Michelle is highly motivated, combining a professional manner and meticulous attention to detail with a friendly, personal approach. She will take the time to understand clients’ needs and identify their requirements.

Michelle has a deep knowledge and understanding of the industry, having seen it change and develop over the years. This invaluable experience enables her to make the process of buying and selling a property as easy as possible. Apart from Real Estate, Michelle’s other passions are her three children and netball. In her free time, she can be found enthusiastically supporting her boys at their football matches, her daughter at dancing class, or on court, playing netball herself. She also helps run the Marbella Netball Club and is always on the lookout for fellow enthusiasts!
