Yoichi Kato, born in Sweden to Japanese parents, transitioned from a successful 10-year career as a private banker to become a beloved luxury real estate agent in Marbella, covering Costa del Sol. His journey began as a vacationer captivated by the region’s quality of life and delightful climate, leading to an initial investment in a vacation home. In 2016, Yoichi made Spain his permanent home.
