As an owner of an apartment at this golf resort, you can have personal use of your property for 8 weeks every year. Moreover, you will have access to all the facilities of this four-star hotel.

You can schedule these weeks of private use yourself, subject to respecting the conditions (low, mid and high season).

During the periods when you are not using your flat yourself, your flat will be included in the rental system of Ona Condohotel (part of ONA Corporation, a management group in the tourism sector).

Ona Condohotel is the operator and manages your property. You have nothing to worry or think about. If anything is broken, it will be repaired by the hotel.
In return, you are granted a rental guarantee and a guaranteed economic return.

Investment:

Year 1 to year 3:
5% guaranteed net return per year

Year 4 to year 15:
Minimum guaranteed return per year +
Bonus via profit sharing from operating profits

Personal use:
Low season: 4 weeks free to schedule included (€ 150/week for water, electricity and cleaning)
Mid-season: 2 weeks free planning included (€ 150/week for water, electricity and cleaning)
High season: 2 weeks free planning included (Official rate minus 35% discount for owners)
Extra weeks on top of the eight weeks personal use are possible. Price: Official tariff minus 20% discount for owners

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. It is also located directly on the 18-hole golf course.
