Carolina Flores

Half Honduran – half French, born in Rome and based in Malaga.

Carolina is a dynamic and proactive person with many years of professional experience in Customer Service, Project Management and Sales.

She started in real estate in 2018 after moving from busy Barcelona to the warm and calmer Torre del Mar. Her start in this industry happened completely casually, and ended up being her full time job.

Carolina has a deep knowledge for the entire Costa del Sol. She started working in the areas of Nerja, Frigiliana, Torrox, La Herradura and Competa, moving down to Malaga city and finally ending up a year ago in the areas of Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella.  She is used to driving up and down the coast, she can do it with her eyes closed, and this allows her to be the perfect guide especially for those unsure of where to put their roots.  Thanks to her knowledge, Carolina will offer you a wide range of options, lifestyles and opportunities, making sure your experience in the Costa del Sol is not “just” about sunny weather and great life quality, but also interesting and beneficial long term investment.

She loves travelling and has experience of living in various countries such as Australia, Germany, Italy and Spain. Her experience in different countries and in international environments helped her to better understand cultural diversity.

She is also passionate about sports, yoga, meditation, dance and self development / holistic therapies. She enjoys nature and the city, slowing down and busy days, the beach and the mountains…  Her favourite place is undoubtedly the beach. Swimming in the sea or simply enjoying the view, is her perfect recipe to get her battery fully recharged.
