Making a buyer agency agreement
Tell us your wants and needs, and we will contact you to set off together towards your next destination. In Spain, our commission is paid by the seller, so until you buy the property, we work for you for free. In Finland, when you make a buyer agency agreement with Strand Properties, the brokerage fee is agreed upon individually based on the property and location. You only pay the brokerage fee if you purchase a property we find for you.

Sometimes what you’re looking for is not yet on sale. At Strand Properties, we know the apartments that are available and the ones that are about to come up for sale. When we know what you are looking for, we can show you both. Sometimes the perfect place is the one that never goes up for sale publicly.
