In 2021, the KM real estate chain and its Baltic subsidiary generated a total turnover of 77 million euros. Last year KM agents sold over 16,300 properties only in Finland.
Together Strand Properties & KM will be giving personal, professional and quality service to our buyer and seller clients, in the promotion and sale of properties in Southern Spain.
Nordic buyers and sellers expect to get professional, transparent and high quality service, similar that they are used to get in ther home countries. We know how the Nordic real estate works and we know the Costa del Sol.
